Is there a way that I can prep bbq ribs now but not cook them till next week at the beach?

I would find a good dry rub and let them marinate for 24 hours and then slow bake them for maybe two hours, then freeze. When you are ready to serve them at the beach you can just throw them on the grill for a few minutes with some sauce to get a good smoky flavor.
