I have a question about physiological symptoms that are possibly paranormal when i am upstairs at home?

Hi my name is Benjamin and I am 23 years old. I live in Shelton, CT. I currently am living with my father at our house. It seems like, over the past couple over months, every time that I go upstairs (the upstairs consisting of my room and my father's room), I get chills, cold sweats and goosebumps. It feels like I have suddenly come down with a fever. As soon as I go downstairs the symptoms dissipate very quickly. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?
