Slight Lung Congestion?

I have slight seasonal allergies with causes post-nasal drip (PND). My throat had some mucus that had aculated and after that had cleared I felt slight congestion in my chest. There is a slight rattle in my chest when I breathe very deeply but there is no coughing present, nor the urge to. I can breathe perfectly well with no pain during breathing, but there is a small chest pain that occurs in the center from time to time. I have no other symptoms matching bronchitis or anything. Is this anything to worry about?
