Are the Jets, Ravens, Steelers, and Texans are all tied for the AFC Wild Card?

The NFL is supposed to have 4 Division winners and 2 wild cards for each conference. The regular season just ended and the Jets, Ravens, Steelers, and Texans are all tied with identical 9-7 records. How is this gonna be solved? Which of those 4 will go on and which will go home? Whats gonna happen?
