Do you think HYPNOSIS is legit?

I don't want to make this long so I will try my best to keep it short. My sister needed a ride to her hypnosis cl. I was going to have to wait for her to take her home. She said, wait in the back of the cl. I said, I do not want to be used as an example and be called to the front. She said ok. Sure enough I was called to the front. First he said, take the gum out of your mouth (like I was a child). I said, no can do. Then he put his hand on my shoulder. I said, I don't know you, please don't touch me. He said, close your eyes and visualize you have a hole in your forehead and you can see out of it.He asked, now where is the moon position outside of your house. I said, I never noticed, can't really say. Anyway he went on with these stupid questions. He said, I will count to 3 then you will wake up. I thought ok. I opened my eyes, and he said to the cl. Was she hypnotized. They said, yes because her eyes were flickering when her eyes were closed. I said excuse me, the reason for the flicker is because I was trying to strain my eyes to see out of the hole in my forehead. It was so ridiculous, and these people are paying for this cl. Does anyone believe in this stuff?
