Does this girl want me to kiss her, or does she "like" me?

I haven't had a lot experience with women but basically me and this girl always meet at these parties, we get along really well, we have fun whether we're both drunk or sober, but at the end of the parties when everyone is trying to get to sleep, she comes a snuggles up next to me, i don't mean she just lays close to me, she actually cuddles up to me, i don't have any objections with in fact, i enjoy it a lot and there are moments when we are the only one awake and at times we are looking right into each others eyes, and i think should i kiss her, but because i enjoy hanging around with her at parties, and sometimes outside from these parties, i don't just in case she thinks wtf and then it's really awkward. she is also 2 years older than me. if you could answer it would really help :)
