Have you noticed that they who decry my car ownership never refuse a lift?

I don't begrudge giving people lifts in fact I am very happy to do so but I do become a little weary of those who tell that they walk or use public transport for the sake of the environment and shout about pollution and then are happy to accept if not almost demand lifts. Human nature being what it is
