How do I tell them to stop?

Get a note from you're doctor or the school nurse saying that you were too sick to participate. Or you could go and sit on the sidelines watching them practice. Show them how sick you are by coughing and everything on purpose so they can see that you are really sick and that you can't participate. I hope you feel better soon, I'm sick too and it really does suck.
