How to start a internet company in a third world country?

I'm from Nicaragua, i have various ideas for a internet company, I have partially the monetary resource to start it but the problem is Nicaragua does not have the market for a internet business so in other to make business ideas work i need a worldwide market like Mexico or the US, but how do i get customers if i�m here and they are there. and they are other problems that arrive too so anyone have any tips on how to make this happen?
