MUSLIMS .....Since God (Allah) created Adam, isn't he his father?

Muslims cannot understand that Christ is the Son of God because they believe since God did not have with Mary that he cannot be Christ's father. They believe His birth to be miraculous, but since the quran specifically states that God begets no one then it must be true because no Muslim will ever question anything in the quran.
