When will I get my BFP (bit long)?

I'm now a week late. I've taken a dozen tests and I've never felt like this before. I'm never late and I'm not under stress nor have i lost/gained weight. I took a test at the doc's Monday and it was negative. He gave me an order for a blood to take in a few weeks if AF doesn't come. I don't think I can wait that long. Here's my evil plan. I'm having an u/s for my gall bladder on Tuesday. Do you think I should try to convince the tech to peek at my uterus to see if there is anything. I just can't take not knowing for sure.
