Will a D kill my chances?

colleges only see your transcript- not individual qurter grades on your report cards. so if you do well the rest of the year, you are fine. also, they dont see senior year grades because they are not yet on your transcript- they will ask for those transcripts at the end of the year so that they can confirm the fact that you graduated. SOME colleges have been known to rescinf their offer of admission if a student completely bombs out on their senior year, but one D and the rest a's is not going to kill you.
